Few years ago I made a big career decision and moved away from my home town to the Big D. Excited to work in the field finally grew tiresome. Not only feeling the symptoms of being home sick, my diet was lacking immensely. Sitting at a desk for 8 hours, on the computer all day, snacking, eating a poor lunch made me gain 30lbs. From my weight and sitting all day I developed problems in my hip which caused me to get out of chair like a tin man needed oil for his parts.
I finally came to an emotionally stand point in my life that I needed to change. If I was 30 having these problems now, how would I be 5 years from now and 5 years after that? It was then I hired a health coach. This grateful woman helped guide me in what I needed for myself when it came to eating, digestion, energy eating, inflammation, remedies, and past recoveries.
I then decided to take a leap of faith and become a health coach and fitness instructor to help woman in the work industry who have a hard time making that change as I did.
I created this blog so that you can be just as knowledgable with the studies I’ve learned through schooling at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
